Navigator Construction LLC was founded in 2002 by Kurt Bonk. Kurt‘s
career
in
the building industry began in high school where he studied
industrial arts. In addition to his studies Kurt held jobs
as a laborer on both remodeling and new construction projects
after school. Upon graduation he took a job working
for a large Home Center retailer in the Canton area. For
eight years he loved working with customers, assisting
them with purchases for their commercial and home improvement
projects. Leaving the home center world for his love
of building; Kurt spent the following years working for
a successful residential builder developer before moving
on to an opportunity working in the commercial segment
of the building industry. After forming Navigator
Construction LLC, Kurt began to focus on Solid surface.
He attended school at the International Solid Surface Association
in Henderson, Nevada.
As the demand for solid surface countertops grew; so did the demand for cabinets. In 2007 Navigator Construction LLC opened a new location under Cabinets2Countertops in Jackson Township located on the edge of Canton, Ohio. Kurt felt the name clearly defined the company's focus making it easier for customers in search cabinets or countertops for their home or business. Cabinets2countertops services the greater Canton area and counties surrounding Stark.

Cabinets2countertops constantly evaluates and makes use of educational training programs for our staff. Programs made available through related trade associations and manufacture's programs. All this is being done so we may better serve our customers utilizing informed decisions.
Feedback can sometimes be brutal, yet rewarding. One of the things
you hear the most as a young company is "I've

is we haven't met most of our customers yet either.
